I was at a stop light, waited for people to cross the street. There were two buses to my right parked behind each other. It was 7:05 am and there were students around. The bus in the rear did not flash any lights, but the bus in the front probably did. I could not see the front bus, which was where the officer was parked. The buses did not have stop signs. I was pulled over and given a ticket for failure to stop/school bus red flashing lights. Do I stand an honest chance in court? Who is really right? Thanks
