I just bought a NordicTrack U300, and I plan on using it everyday for about an hour. Along with healthy eating, how effective are they at weight loss? I'm looking to lose about 30lbs btw.
The bike is a good choice to start excercising with but do alot more things such as walking, running, jogging just basically get outside and excercise as well along with eating healthy YOU MUST DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
In about 2 weeks if you do all of these steps you'll start to notice the change
