I am about to Join a High Intense BootCamp Class on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. The class runs for 45mins each day. I will also be following a healthy "Realistic" Food plan. The class will run for 12 weeks and I start next week. Do you think by the end of the 12 weeks ( a total of 36 45min classes) I will see any changes and will they be drastic.
Has anyone done this "bootcamp" workout, how have your results gone and what did you do to make sure you saw results
