home? alright so Ive gained a few pounds and lost some muscle over the past few months but nothing major. I have a job that isn't physical at all. for the past two weeks I've been doing push-ups almost every day and just with that i can see the difference already... extremely small but still, its encouraging! Now I'm starting to think more seriously about this and I want a big change! I know it takes time, patience and dedication but I'm ready to do it! Now finally my question!! do I absolutely need to join the gym for this... been there done that.... no car to get there, beginning of winter, work schedule ALWAYS changes! If i buy a good set of free weights, continue the push ups and get a good routine without all that gym equipment and machines and also watch my diet. Will i eventually (NOT TOMORROW I KNOW!
) get my big difference?
