...made much in the past 3 years? My Fiance lives in the UK. We are up in the air about who is moving where. I had given up on him coming to the US because on my past tax returns I didn't quite make 125% over the poverty line for 2 people. This year I am making about $5,000 more than what is required. However, I am worried that because they take into account the past 3 years of tax returns that I won't be approved to sponsor him.
Can anyone give me any advice on this matter? I don't have any savings, I am 23 years old. I own my car and rent my own apartment. I have job stability and proof of income. We have been together for 7 months and want to marry next year.
