will i pass smog... dodge dakota 5.2l?

i have a 5.2L dakota with flowmaster 40 series exhaust, throttle body spacer and cold air intake. i think it will pass because the air intake brings in cleaner air and its less restrictive and stuff. but what do you think, i also want to put on headers later on
