I don't do like vigorous workouts or anything, but I also don't sit around and do nothing all day either. I eat from 900-1200 calories a day and my BMR is 1402.6 and I do count calories.....This is what I ate today:
Breakfast:
- 1 package of oatmeal = 110 cals
- 4 strawberries & 9 blackberries = 63 cals
- Green tea = 0 cals
Lunch:
- 1 slice of wheat bread = 75 cals
- Mustard & miracle whip = 43 cals
- Lettuce = 10 cals
- Popcorn = 130 cals
Dinner:
- Bell pepper strips = 20 cals
- Chicken breast (didn't eat much of it) = 200 cals
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce = 60 cals
- 1/2 cup potato salad = 158.5 cals (?)
Snacks:
- 1 orange = 86 cals
- 1 Dole Squishems apple snack = 70 cals
- Diet cranberry juice = 10 cals
Total calories: 1085.5
