So, my maintenance is about 2,000 calories/day. I eat about 2,000 calories/day. But, I also walk 6 miles/day 5 days/week. That is 30 miles/week. I burn about 1,000 calories every walk so thats 5,000 calories a week burned. So, I have a 5,000 calorie deficit every week.
I do not eat breakfast or lunch and eat all my calories right after the walk. 2,000 calories is a lot for just one meal, but it isn't as difficult to do as it may sound.
I figure I should lose about 1-2 lbs per week since a pound of fat is 3,500 calories and i have a 5,000 calorie deficit every week.
Will I lose weight this way? If you look strictly at the calories consumed vs. calories burned i should, right?
