im 5 5 and 135lbs. i want to lose about 15 lbs.
i cant run or jog because of one of my knees, so i walk or bike for a long time to make up for the lack of intensity. and i might only be 135, but i have a ton of stomach and thigh fat and just dont look thin in any way
