Will I lose weight by biking 2 miles everyday for 2 months?

I live at the bottom of my neighbor hood. To the top of my neighbor hood, it is about 1 mile, maybe a little over a mile. Anyway, when you go down from the neighbor hood, you can glide all the way down to my house, so it doesn't really count as biking.

Everyday, I go up the top of the hill of my neighbor hood, then glide down. Then I go again. Up to the top of the hill, then down again. So this would be equivalent to going 2 miles on a biking machine. I go from 10-13 mph while biking (even while going up hill). It is constant. If I did this everyday for 2 months (60 days) will I lose weight?

I do other things too, including: jogging, weight lifting, etc. I just want to know about the biking though. Thanks.
