Will I lose financial aid if I don`t attend fall term?

I applied for financial aid and I got a award letter and amount for school if I went for the whole school year (fall, winter, spring). My problem is I can`t go fall term and I`m afraid that I`ll lose my aid. I haven`t accepted my award yet and I still need to mail my school my high school transcripts. Am I screwed or is all not lost?
 
If you tell that that you aren't going to be attending fall semester, you just won't receive aid for that semester. Are you talking about this fall? You won't lose it all. Just a portion of it.
