i want to buy a recumbent bike, i want to try lose upto a stone in a month, iv baught a meal replacement shake that is 7grams and 130 calories per serving, i have one for my breakfast and then have a decent lunch of salad,chicken o fish then i either have similar meal for evening meal o just have a shake, i drink plenty of water too, im always on my feet at work, so i get excercise working too, will i lose alot of weight in a month if i do this? x
