I signed up for expressvu last summer (AIO programming) which came with a 2nd receiver credit ($3.00). If I now decide to downgrade just to the Digital Standard Programming, will I lose the credit?

I know I could easily call BEV to inquire, but I'm not that trusting of the information I would get from CSR as they seem to be conflicting at times.

"yup, would I lose the $3?"

I have already previously downgraded since starting with expressvu. When I began I had the Digital Extras Package (6 Themes + Premium Movies). 2 Months later, I downgraded to just the Digital Standard + 5 Themes... and I still was able to maintain my $3 2nd Receiver credit..

So I do not think downgrading means losing credit 100%. But I am wondering if I need to maintain a certain price of programming. So if anyone of you know for sure that I would lose the $3 2nd Receiver credit, please let me know.

"Need ta know, please :)"

The terms of the contract are: If you subscribe to the digital essentials package, (digital standard + 5 themes), you get the first base model SD ird rental included in the cost of monthly programming.
Anything less than 5 themes and you pay $3/mo, period.

Porp,

This is a promotion that was offered this summer when they launched the all in one programm...you pay the first receiver, which price is included in the cost of the package and you get the second receiver free of charge.

madmox,

Can you tell me where it says this?

"Or is that just speculation?"
