I just joined the gym last week,
if i go every other day and do the cirucuit training which basically is weights(mostly arms) and then 30 mins of cardio the says i dont go to gym.... will this help me loose weight
running isnt cutting it for me so i figured i need to do weights.. will this help alot? even tho i only do like 25 mins of the circut?
im 5'3 and 120lbs and want to loose around 10lbs and be more fit
