Special K cereal is so good. I've already tried red berries, chocolate, vanilla almond, and berries and yogurt. They're all so good and there are still more favors to try.
If I were to eat them for every meal, would I loose weight? Along with exercise which is normally 1 hour on an exercise bike (that has moving arms as well =D)
