My goal is to do lots of cardio and lose fat and i also have a tendency to gain muslce FAST
I only want to lose fat and look slimmer but all buff because my legs tend to get very muscular very fast
SO will i gain muscle mas by doing elliptical 30 mins a day and bicycle 30 mins a day?
