Will I have to serve the military due to this GIVE Act?

I am very worried does this mean i will be forced to be drafted for war. I dont want to risk my life and die young. What does it entail does it mean i have to do community service or join the military and eventually go to war and risk staying alive And please be very informative and what does this means i have to do for the community does it mean serving the military in some way. And will i get a letter in the mail anytime soon that will make me serve the military voluntarily?
 
This bill is why Obama had Gerald Walpin fired.

Walpin was the Inspector General who cut off Federal funding to AmeriCorp because they were misappropriating funds.

AmeriCorp is a entity through which to funnel money to Obama's constituencies and is also a Left wing recruitment program.

They stand to receive Billions of dollars in aid from the government and Walpin was the only one standing in Obama's way.
