Will I have to pay back financial aid for Devry before i can apply for

financial aid at PG? I am student at Devry university and plan on transferring to Prince George's community college next fall. I am using financial aid. Will I have to pay back financial aid for Devry before i can apply for financial aid at PG or can I just pay it back all at once when I finish school?
