So, basically I have 3 phones and I bought a tablet and its on my plan - all unlimited everything and restrictions on everything so no apps, ringtones or nothing can be bought without a credit card. I've had Tmobile for about 7 months now, every month my bill has gotten higher and higher. This month its insane, $692 and some change - when I called, all they offered was a bill extension - when I said no I want my bill to be $210 like it was supposed to be from the beginning they put me on hold for nearly an hour until the call suddenly 'dropped' - I had perfect signal. Anyway, I've called every month when my bill was higher than it was supposed to be and I was pretty much told 'tough sh!t'. This is insane, and Tmobile reps are short and unhelpful. I signed a two year agreement that I'm seriously considering breaking - will I be jailed or sued for that? Oh, and I don't intend to pay the bill either unless its adjusted to where its supposed to be. My credit it rotten anyway and was to begin with, I had to pay a $300 deposit to even get tmobile!
