im a girl and i am really the victim , but he got to the cops b 4 i did. so i got charged with DV and have a TPO on me now, well the cops dont believe him and they haven't got my story, my face is so bruised, i have a blk eye busted lip, and cheekbone is badly bruised. now i will have a warrant in the morning, but im going to turn myself in and be seen by the judge. i have no criminal history and a clean background. but im freaking out bcuz no one knows my side of the story and i didnt call the cops on him bcuz i was scarred to. he has a bad bkgnd and has has a DV before. and also i have 3 witnesses 2 filled out statements tonight. Will the judge even get to see them 2mrow?? and will i go to jail?? will the judge look at my face and realize that something is wrong with this picture??
and he said that he was going to go talk to the prosicuter and tell them to drop it..and told the cops that too
and he hit himself and said i did it, but i have prove that i didnt do it, my hands are clean and the only thing i did was tried to get away from him.. so ARE THEY GOING TO THROW ME IN JAIL?
