Well I was at a Party and 2 guys walked it... fought broke some window a girl was left bleeding, guy got his tooth knocked out, Lots bottles of alcohol, my friend got hit with a bottle, empty bags of weed all over the place, Gay ass Cops showed up every one that didn't get away got cuffed Etc, well my point is that i lied about my Name age and address and got caught because the officer saw my wallet and found an ID and he said that his going to charge me for lying, and for under age drinking because i am 18 but they never did any breathalyser to proof that, and the worst thing is that, all that happened in New jersey wile i Live in North Carolina and i gave them my old address that's from new jersey so the court letter will be sent to that empty house but i know the court day, i was thinking about not going because its very far but then i would get a warrant i mean like how much would i get charged for lying and underage drinking with out proof i was drunk or even drank... or will the go as far as jail time... please say anything that can help me thank you for your time.
