I own a store and a costumer was yelling at me so kicked them out with out touching him i had no cameras or witnesses, then the police come and say the man said i had hit him with a bat and choked him, they say he had marks on him and i do have a bat there for protection which they took.
The police officer said i was arrested not because he wanted to but the other man wanted me arrested so he signed a paper and they did.
What i want to know is will a get in trouble because i am charged with battery misdemeanor by the man who by the way is a Drugi.
It happened in Nevada please help i am really worried.
