i was on the subway today and i had to step off at a station to let people get off the subway. there wasnt much room between me and the train because i wanted to be able to get back on because my girlfriend was there. suddenly this older lady came barging through and shouldered me in my chest hard enough that i was knocked off balance and i had to take a step back.. me being aggrovated i pushed her back from behind and then i was arrested for assault. my girlfriend told me that when she went upstairs where the police were holding me the woman was complaining of ankle pain. im 20 years old and this is a first offence i live in Toronto Ontario Canada. do you think id be going to jail??
