I was suppose to get some amount of Financial Aid that will cover my tuition and books.However the aid isn't awarded till date.I receive a mail couple of hour ago saying that I have to make payment arrangement while the aid is being processed,because the Fin aid office is bounced with papers.My friend make the payment for me and I have to to return his money back after award.I'm in state student.Are you guys sure that I'll get the money back?
