Will I get lung cancer or other illness by working at a Chinese restaurant?

I work at a Chinese restaurant 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, as a cook, and I cook behind the wok most of the time, and I see my surrounding stuff, such as the counter, food container, my cup, etc, would get greasy after a while(maybe couple days), there are a lot of oil involved in the cooking, so I thought it probably gets heated and then evaporated into the surrounding, so I figure I must have breathed in a lot of grease, into my lung, and I'm worried if I could get lung cancer or other bad stuff, or will my body get rid of the grease by itself, hence it is not harmful at all? Because I heard people that works at coal mine will breathe in a lot of tar, and they are very likely to get cancer, what about me?

Appreciable in caring yourself. Why don't you cut down the hours of work. If you are such essential, you can swift to another work. Minimum hours of work for any employment is only 6 hours. Volatile fumes, oils and coal tar most of them bears pyrolignous acid which is not good for breath. Go to parks etc., to change of air in other time from profession. Try to limit the working hours. Demand some better professional safe guards such as exist fans etc., at kitchen from your employer. Get aid from labour authorities for better employment protections as available to you by law.
