title? hi there, ok so need some advice, legal advice would help too on this car that i dumped at a junk yard but i don't have the title the other guy has it, can he get me in trouble. this is how it went down i sold him a jeep and he said he didn't have all the cash, so i gave him some time to owe me. time was up went to collect, but he still didn't have the cash. so he told me TO TAKE this car saying it runs good but no it didn't. and it's been a year and the peice of shit was jus takin up space in my yard, so i dumped it, and the guy comes up to me askin where his money is? WTF now i don't like to fight but he's makin threats and i don't wanna get screwed for his dumb ass.......... what should i do plase anyone help me out.
