hey... i just wanted 2 kno if i will get good progress from this diet........ well for lunch i just eat salad an for da workout i go on the treadmill for about 30 minutes at night before bed.... will i see good progess in losing weight or should i do more.... if i need 2 do more can u tell wat i should do..... i am hoping 2 lose a least 15 pounds in a month.... thanks....
