I've been looking at a lot of private colleges. In particular, I'm looking at Haverford College. They don't award any non-need based aid. The total cost, including tuition, room&board, etc, is about $55,000 a year. My family makes about $150,000 a year and by the time I graduate, I think we'll have at least $30,000 saved for college. I know it's a lot, and I know that we have a lot more than some, but there's still no way we could afford a place like that out of pocket. I don't really know how the financial aid system works, but how much do you think I could get for Haverford?
