Will I get BBM on Blackberry with Vodafone contract?

Basically, it is a £15 per month contact and I was wondering whether I would get BBM for free or not? The terms basically are 200 mins, 500 texts, 250MB and "Blackberry email service" - does this mean that I will have free access to BBM?
