Will i get banned for flashing my xbox 360?

i'm thinking of getting my xbox 360's dvd flashed so i can play burned games, cuz i'm tired of buying them for 60 bucks each. So i was wondering when i flash it will i get banned? I'm gonna stealth patch the games, and i'm not gonna do anything stupid like play a game a month before it comes out. I just needa know if i'll get banned, and i also needa know what I SHOULD DO and what i SHOULDN"T DO
 
yes they can track ur ip and ban your xbox by preventing you to make accounts and playing xbox live accounts on your xbox so that means no xbox live at all but you can still play games offline. unless you can get away with it.
 
YEA U CAN GET BANNED BUT ONLY IF U ASLO HACKED UR XBOX 360 AND IF U DOWNLOAD A GAME THAT DIDNT COME OUT YET YOU WILL SERIOUSLY GET BANNED
