Ok here a quick rundown.
My license got suspended 18 points within 18 months.
I was caught driving once, given fines.
Got caught again on my first court date(driving out of court) then arrest.
I now have another charge for Driving with suspended license 2nd conviction.
I have not had a job to pay my fines(the deadline is may 2nd), but they did set up "payment plans" with me, and I missed my first payment of $132 because of unemployment. I went down to the Court House they told me I will be ok as Long as i pay the $423.00 by May 2nd, but I got a letter in the mail saying that my payment was not received and if i don't send off for it in 3 days there may be a warrant for my arrest. I just want to know so I will be prepared tomorrow. Could I tell the judge I haven't had a job to pay?
