Will I get 10-20 more horsepower if i install a K&N air filter on my ford taurus?

Have a 2003 Ford Taurus LX. Wondering if I get one of these if it will help HP, torque, gas mileage, etc. Also, what else could I do that would be fairly inexpensive.
