Hi I am 5'4 and weigh 146 pounds. I started taking adderall about 3 weeks ago. Before then, I exercised on a schwinn airdynne bike for 20 minutes three days a week. I realize now that I do not like relying on machines to help me loose weight because it is boring and if they break im screwed. I have lost about 5 pounds since I started the medicine. Right now I briskly walk the Nolan Trail ( it is five miles) three days a week, but if it is raining or too cold I cant because I take my 1 year old son with me (I use a baby back pack with the seat). I am worried about gaing weight and was wondering if any one has advice or knowledge to share with me. I have a pilates video and 5 pound dumbells I havent used yet. I take gnc active vitamins and hair, skin, and nail vitamins every day. I eat oatmeal (with honey for flavor) and a bannana in the morning before I take my medicine. I sometimes eat an orange, peach, or apple for lunch. I have cucumbers and gacamoli too. I drink only water. But it makes me not hungry until late at night and I crave chocolate and ice cream. I want to lose 15 more pounds and get in shape... what should I do?
