Will I fail high school in this condition?

I'm currently 12 years old, I will be 13 in a week and few days. English isn't my first language, but I've become pretty fluent in it. I live in Richmond, BC, Canada. School is starting in tomorrow. Going to high school is making me freaking out. I had a really strict teacher in Grade 7, but I really didn't regret getting sent to this class. This teacher taught me all sorts of things. I slowly stopped procrastinating. French was my only "good at" subject, just because I've already learnt the ones this teacher tests. I get math tutors twice a week. I am currently learning about Grade 9~11 math. Math was my 2nd "good at" subject, I'd get B in it every term. From this teacher, getting a B is like getting a "great job". My Language Arts isn't really that good. I can't really do an essay, I'd write really pathetic things just to add more sentences. I'd still get an averaged mark of a C+ or B. Science. Science is a really hard to understand subject to me. Experiments; OKAY, EASY! Questions, Explaining; No way. I'd hardly understand a thing I research about my topic. After performing my experiment, the teacher would ask me the most important questions of my topic such as for example; I did an experiment called Centripetal and Centrifugal, the teacher asked me: What does Centripetal and Centrifugal mean? What is the difference? How does it affect the planet? I'd just stand there getting embarrassed saying: I don't know. I really can't think how I'll do in high school. Oh and I forgot to say, when it comes to tests, I'd know really hard, non-word problem questions because of getting math tutored. When it comes to word problems, I'd maybe get some, but I can't even think of the solution, and i'd just skip it or guess it. High school!?? ALL WORD PROBLEMS. What should I do? I borrowed library books and I was planning to read all of it this summer, but I was busy playing games that I never read the books. There are times when I really get bored of games that I'd just go through the internet; facebook, youtube to waste my time when I really shoulda read the books I borrowed. Oh my gosh, what should I do? How will I do in high school?
