You normally upload your pic to your 360, but I noticed that your 360 link is missing from your profile. Go to your profile and edit settings, and check which picture has been selected, it should give you a choice of using your 360 or an avatar. Also, note that yahoo is currently doing work on 360, so maybe they've done something??
