Will I be charged extra for my cell phone roaming in Canada?

I'm a U.S. citizen who is vacationing for a long weekend in Canada. I turned my phone on last night (June 11) while up near Niagra Falls on the Canada side. My cell phone said "Inbox 100% Full", meaning it couldn't receive a new text message(s). It's been on that full time until just a few minutes ago, when I saw "Roaming" on the top. Has it been roaming the full time? Will I be charged for it? I looked at the call timers and, under roaming, it said "Roaming... 00:00:02:10". Thanks for any help... this is making me really nervous and sick.
