will I be allowed to stay out of jail pending trail?DUI in CA?

I have a second DUI in california but it was a .07 bac and they have me on a driving on a suspended with 90+ mph..... I have an arraignment on 5-5-09 and I want to plead not guilty.... will they make me post bail (I have no money) or can I just stay out until the trial??/ is there something I can tell the judge to keep me out of jail until Im convicted or not?
 
What would you tell the judge?
Someone made me drink, made me drive drunk?
I'm sure that will work.
 
Driving on a suspended license, (((2nd))) DUI, and driving 90 mph.... Obviously you will not learn so I hope they give you life without parole before you take a innocent life.

What is a "trail"? You mean like a path in the woods?
