I live in Wisconsin and I didn't do well in high school. I also didn't do so hot my first semester of college. I have been going to community college now and have raised my GPA up to a 3.1. with 39 credits. I want to go to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and was wondering how good of a chance I have.
Will I be able to transfer to The University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a 3.1 GPA.?
