I have US Cellular, I have a prepayed plan and unlimited text messaging on my plan, I have been told when I travel out of state that I will no be able to call unless I add extra money on my phone but that texting would be fine. Is that true? Im traveling from Maine to Delaware and I dont want to be stuck without a phone to text on.
I talked to US cellular yesterday, the lady at the booth said that texts should not be a problem and I would not be charged for them so if she was giving me the wrong information then she needs to obviously be trained better.
