Will I be able to get into West Virginia University?

I have a 3.0 GPA. I have a 950 SAT Score (Critical Reading and Math). I'm in three clubs at school (SADD, Foreign Language Club, and Key Club). I volunteer at an Old Folk's Home and at a food drive once a week. I play 3 sports. And I'm from out of state.

If you could let me know if this is good enough for WVU or let me know what I need to get into WVU please let me know. And if you know any other colleges that I could get accepted to please let me know.

That's awesome. You should be able to get in. If you're interested in WV try Marshall University or Charleston University.
