Will I be able to get an iPhone for Alltel if it comes out on Verizon?

Alright, so the area I live in (central Wisconsin) does not have Verizon. We have alltel which is owned by verizon. I really want an iPhone, and lot's of people are saying it's going to come out on verizon. So if and when it does will I be able to get one through alltel since alltel is owned by verizon?
