Will Hubble take another photo like the "Hubble Ultra Deep Field" again?

Will they do it again?

Why did they only do it once?
Why don't they point it to another part of space and do the same thing?

They might, but the problem with taking pictures like that is that it takes a long time to take those kinds of pictures of very faint and far away objects, and ties up the telescope and it can't do other science during that time.

Since Hubble has a limited amount of time left, other targets may have greater priority. Especially targets that can only now be seen with the new equipment they just recently installed. Those will probably have to be done first.
