He has no military experience. He spent the Vietnam era on a mormon missionary retreat. He is very persistent though. He spent 29 years pursuing a bachelor degree from Brigham Young Univ. He also bankrupted his family's western wear company. I guess that means he knows how to make clothing no one will buy. That should certainly qualify him look after a trillion dollar budget. Does he have any other qualifications?
