I am searching for a decent motor to use in a wind turbine. I know the concept is to choose a motor that has the highest rated voltage with the lowest rpm. I've come across some "high torque" motors that have rates voltages of 24 and rpm ratings of 54. This seems ideal, however, I am unsure. Thanks in advance.
Will "high torque" low rpm motors do well as wind turbine generators?
