Example:
A worker who is 64 years old with Medical benefits, and his wife, who is 62 and works part time, with no benefits.
He would like to retire, but he carries the insurance for his wife also.So he will have to work 3 more years until they are both eligible for Medicaid. He could get private insurance for her ,but the premiums are outrageous.
Will health care reform allow people to retire early if they have enough money put away?
There are a lot of," hangers on" who would like to retire early but cant because of expensive private insurance premiums.
Think of all the jobs that will become available if these people can now afford to retire.
I hope the Government doesnt screw this up!
