Depending on which clamp is used yes they can fit you might have to drill out either piece but can be adapted. But is almost every style made for Harley also made for the Japanese bikes as well. If your referring to the complete forward control setup as is seen on about every Harley there is it seems then no it will not fit. There construction is like apples and oranges in comparison for example the Harley uses seperate engine and tranny where as the Yamaha integrates the tranny into the motor cases.
