Will GM (Gov't Motors) cars be made of 100% recycled materials, go no faster than 55

and emit zero emissions? What other characteristics will "Government Motors" equip their cars with?
Will they make a model to give away free to people on welfare?
Will people all be rated according to their financial status and be restricted in what options they can and cannot have (just to make things "fair")
 
1) They will all come with a permanant Obama bumper sticker painted on that cannot be removed under penalty of law.

2) They will be only able to make left (get what I mean here?) turns so it will make it very hard to get anywhere.

3) The car will be tax free unless you make over a certain amount, then you will be taxed at 90% of the value.
 
Heck, the US government tried to make a vehicle back in the 1950's that would be fuel-efficient and cheap. It was a hilarious car that required the gas and oil be mixed in the tank (like some yard equipment). It was not less expensive than other cars, and was grossly unpopular. Even the poor refused it, and bought older used vehicles instead.
