isn't that the point of the democrats?...to get rid of american manufacturing ??...didn't you understand this in the campaign when they said they wanted to spend trillions building up the banks?......the banks aren't part of GDP, and the auto and the housing is....so trillions into institutions that do not manufacture and nothing into manufacturing...go figure
