Will getting a B in the first pre-med biology ruin my chances to get into a good

medical school? I had a 95 the entire year but needed an 80 on my final which I don't think I accomplished because I ran out of time. I know that if I got A's in all of the other pre-med sciences, it wouldn't matter but those just get harder...
