I have a lg neon and i have the 2 year agreement plan and the lg neon is broken. Apparently lg neons have problems so everyone trades it or something. I dont know why but i turned it on this morning and the screen stayed blank, but the keyboard lights were on. WTF Will they give me a different phone?
Will fido give me a different phone than an lg neon?
